PayPal: You will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be provided with a link to create one.

Bank Transfer: You can pay via internet banking.

Complete Your Order
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Although prices are displayed in multiple currencies for your convenience, payments are accepted in Euro (€) only, regardless of the payment method chosen.

2. Delivery
We ship your selected items within 3–7 days after receiving payment. We deliver worldwide, and the delivery date depends on the postal service in your area.
Jewellery items are sent without insurance by default; however, we recommend insuring more expensive pieces. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us.
Each jewellery item is delivered in an elegant presentation box along with its certificate. The invoice, which includes the item price and delivery costs, is also included in the package.

3. Returns/Guarantee
This return policy applies exclusively to online purchases. For in-store returns, please refer to the terms printed on your in-store receipt.
We do our best to accurately describe each item and provide clear photographs that reflect the actual jewellery. As our filigree jewellery is entirely handmade, slight variations in craftsmanship may occur. The piece you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured online—this uniqueness is what makes each item special.
However, we understand the challenges of purchasing online. That’s why we offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all online purchases.
How to Request a Return:

Contact us within 10 days of the original delivery date.

The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, including the invoice.

Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipments.
Repair and Manufacturer Guarantee (6 Months):
If the item shows damage due to a manufacturing defect, it may be returned for repair within 6 months of purchase. If repair is not possible, we will offer an exchange for the same item or one of equal value.
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, including (but not limited to) scratching, deformation, breakage, or tarnishing due to improper care.
After 6 months, Saliba’s Gold & Silversmith is not responsible for any damage or defects related to items purchased through our website.
We reserve the right to suspend return privileges if we detect abuse of this return policy.
