1. Ordering & payment
Steps of ordering are the follows:
You can upload products on shopping cart without any registration.
For the actual purchase you need to register. You have to register only once at your first purchase. Later on the system automatically recognizes you.
Immediately after registration you will receive an e-mail to your address and be asked to activate your registration by clicking on the sent link. (This has to be done to avoid false, robot registrations.)
After registration you can start shopping.
Checkout: Purchasing procedure has 4 simple steps.
1. Provide a Shipping Address: You have to fill up the * marked boxes.
2. Choosing the Shipping Method: choose between postage delivery or local pick-up.At this stage the postage rate will be added to the bill! You can find detailed information about postage rates as shown below.
3. Choosing the Payment Method:
PayPal: You will be automatically redirected to pay by Paypal. For those who do not have an account with Paypal, a link is provided to create a new account.
Bank transfer: You can transfer payment through internet banking or directly from your local bank. IBAN number is given at the final stage after check-out.
4. Complete order: You will receive confirmation about your successful order to your e-mail address.
The necessary information for bank transfers will be available after this section.
Although all the prices in our online shop are quoted in many currencies, the Euro is the only currency we accept for payment transactions.
Whatever payment solution you choose, you are only allowed to pay in Euro.
Billing contract is either in English or in Hungarian, depending on the chosen website language.
Within 3 day after receiving payment we ship your selected items. We deliver to anywhere in the world. Delivery date depends on postal service.
Jewellery items are sent without insurance; however we recommend insurance on the more expensive items. Should you require insurance please contact us.
The jewellery item and the certificate are delivered in a nice presentation box. The invoice including the price of the item and the delivery costs are also included in the package.

This return policy applies to online purchases only. For in-store returns, please refer to your in-store receipt.
We have done our best to describe the items and offer pictures that accurately represent the jewellery. Since our filigree jewellery is completely handmade, there may be some variations in the silversmith’s work. The jewellery item you receive may differ a bit from the picture on the website. This makes every piece of jewellery distinct and unique. However, since you are buying online, we are offering a 10 day money back guarantee for all on-line purchases.
Please contact us within 10 days from the original delivery date. The item must be in its original unworn state with all tags still attached and returned to us in its original packaging with invoice. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment.
In 6 months days, the buyer may return any item to us for repair, if the damage originates from manufacturer error. If we cannot repair the item we will exchange it for the same one or for another one at the same price. The guarantee is not valid for items which were not used according to their intended use: E.g: scratching, deforming, breakage, tarnished.
After 6 months Saliba’s Gold and Silversmith will not take responsibility for any jewellery sold through our website. We reserve the right to suspend the buying privileges of any customer who is found to abuse this return policy.
